When will my order be delivered ?

We usually deliver within 5-7 working days of placement of the order. All delivery times for specific items are listed in the items page and in the shopping bag page. For orders with multiple items and different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.).

Returns Policy

We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from www.kamalprintersindia.com. You can return all items within a day of receipt and immediate intimation on whats app or by calling to Sales & Support Mobile no: +91-9810126537. For a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. The sale Items (Items with discount > 10%) cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a different size of the same article within 02 days of delivery. The refund amount will be credited back to your bank account with in 10 working days.

In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within a day of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. similarly If the product is self shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.

In case one wants to return the product because it is damaged, then a photograph has to be first shared with us on chat@kamalprintersindia.com within 2 hours before shipping the product. Only after this, will the return process be initiated.

OPTION A

  • Call up our Customer Support at +91-9810126537 to place your returns request. After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive will inform you whether we can organize a pickup for your return in your area or if you would be required to arrange for shipment of your return yourself.
  • In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on chat@kamalprintersindia.com

NOTE:

  1. In case you have opted for Kamal Printers to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 48-72 hours of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
  2. If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
  3. In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and update customer care on +91-9810126537 or email us the tracking info on chat@kamalprintersindia.com so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
  4. The shipping charge is non-refundable.
